Delivery & Returns
We use a range of delivery methods, and the costs are as follows: free delivery on all orders within Europe (delivery by DHL, UPS or TNT); €30 flat rate delivery on items shipped to USA; €60 flat rate delivery on items for all other locations for international shipping and handling. Our international delivery carrier depends on the insurance value and destination of the order. If you are receiving your order outside of the Europe, you will be responsible for all taxes/duties incurred through the customs department of the country to which you are shipping. It is possible for some orders to experience a delay in customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot be held responsible. We kindly ask that you contact your local customs agency if necessary. Please note all items over €300 must be signed for. Please ensure that you are able to sign for the package at the delivery address provided when placing your order. Any items that are listed as “in stock” on the website will be delivered to you within 7 working days for Europe deliveries. Delays might occur for deliveries outside the European Union. We hope you will be absolutely delighted with your new jewellery. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 30 days of purchase. Alternatively, we will refund a sale made through this website if it is returned unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging within 14 days of your receipt of the order.Should you find a fault with your item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once you have notified us of your faulty item, we will confirm your return in writing. You should then post the item back to us at:

Please note: you will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us as we cannot be held responsible for items that become lost or damaged during your return postage to us, therefore we suggest you use a secure delivery service which requires a signature for proof of receipt.
PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
Upon receipt of the items being returned the Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay account, credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods.We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
